Elizabeth Forward Hockey Association (EFHA) is pleased to announce registration for the 2024-2025 Season is now Open for all teams (Middle School and High School (JV/Varsity))!!

Registration is open to all Middle School and High School Students that attend a school in our Co-Op Districts which include Elizabeth Forward, Frazier, Greensburg Central Catholic, McKeesport, Serra Catholic, and South Park.

**Players must be at least in 6th grade and hold a 2012 Birth Year to be eligible for the Middle School team**

Upon registering, a $200 Commitment fee will be collected. This fee will be returned should a team not be fielded for your player, or if your player decides not to play and informs the Elizabeth Forward Hockey Association (EFHA) by July 15, 2024.  This fee will be applied to the 2024-2025 tuition. Please review the Financial Obligation Wavier during the registration process.

Current Tuition Structure (Tentative):

Middle School – No more than $1,800

Junior Varsity – No more than $2,200

Varsity – No more than $2,400

Note:  Goalies and Multi-Family discounts will be credited by August 1, 2024

Tuition is dependent on the following items: how many players register; how many teams are fielded and exact PIHL Fees for the 2024-2025 season.

PIHL Fees take up a majority of our budget, these fees are estimated and are usually announced July/August of each year. In order to plan effectively, a final tuition announcement will be made once the PIHL fees are submitted to each team but will not exceed the above prices.

All new players will be required to purchase Jerseys, socks, and Shells (JV/Varsity only). Dates for fittings will be announced upcoming and the cost structure is located on the Financial Obligation Waiver page you will view during registration.

Registration will be open until Sunday 5/19/2024. After that Registration will be closed, and EFHA will not be able to accept any late registrations.
